Welcome to the home of the Illinois State Preliminary Pageants for Miss Teen World and Miss US International. Open to young women ages 13-25, our program is designed to give each participant a meaningful experience.

We are more than just Pageant! The Illinois State Pageant is a Signature Fund-raiser for Cisco and Cisco Productions, a Non-Profit Organization. All participants participate in FREE workshops on Lifestyle, Fashion, and Fitness.
